The package is a structured, independent tutorial for AS students
working through the major designing and making coursework assignment, with an
assessment weighting of 40% (50% from 2006)
- There are links to templates (mainly Microsoft Word documents)
for students to download and use directly in their folios.
- Each strand has links to an exemplar student folio - the
student achieved grade A for the coursework project.
- Don't overlook Strand G - assessing the project for its
overall suitability
- This package has been written for the EDEXCEL Design and
Technology: Product Design (Graphics with Materials Technology) course, so
you might need to adapt if for other examination boards.
