A Few Computers
| Most of the activities for stand alone machines can also be achieved with small groups of PCs | Again, these can be used very effectively with group work - where one of the group is gathering information from or inputting information into the PCs. | Differenct activities can be put on each of the PCs - for example there could be a spreadsheet, a database, a web page, an online interactive exercise etc. Pupils have to work through the activities along with other 'hard copy' resources to investigate a topic. |
| PCs can be used for extension activities for the more able pupils and not just for typing up work done in exercise books. |
