This scheme of work is designed to run for approximately four lessons and is suitable for mixed ability classes following the AQA Science GCSE (though it may also be useful for other syllabi).

It may be valuable to carry out these lessons at the end of Year 9, after they have finished their SATs but before they start their GCSE course proper.
