A local up and coming band, 'Accolade,' need some help getting things ready for their next tour. They can play great music but when it comes to ICT they are useless! That's where you come in - you're going to help out on all of the jobs they can't do. You will create a poster to advertise the tour. This will show the tour venues and dates as well as explain where, when and how to get hold of tickets. |
You will design and create a ticket for the bands gigs. This will need space for the venue, date and time of the gig, as well as saving space to look good. You will design and create a CD cover for the bands next album. This needs to look really cool so as people will want to buy it as soon as they see it. You will create a short video for the band to play on a big screen behind the stage while they are playing. This will include photos of the band as well as other images they will provide you with. You will then build the band a webpage to help advertise their new CD single and tour. You will attach all of the above projects to this and put it onto the web so the band can see the work you have done and decide if it is good enough. |

So where should you start? Read through the rest of the project brief to make sure you understand what is expected of you throughout the project. Then look at the plan you have been provided with and make sure it is complete so your time is well organised so you do not miss the bands tight deadlines! |
