Welcome to this website which allows you to upload the SCORM package for rapid web based e-portfolio's.

SCORM ( Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is a method of standardizing content for display within an e-learning system such as Moodle, Learnwise or Kaleidos etc.

The materials have been tested within the Moodle system and work well and there should be no reason why they should not work within other SCORM compliant systems. The materials were designed to be used at KS4 to support the DIDA suite of qualifications but they could equally be used effectively for KS3 and have been tested on years 7-9.

This site is set out with notes on the sections of the SCORM resource which when unpacked, forms a mini website with various sections.

The website makes extensive use of flash based instructional videos to guide students through the various stages. This makes an idea independent learning resource and can be used for re-enforcement as well as Just In Time Learning.

The link below takes you to a pdf copy of the lesson outline but this should not be seen as fixed and the resource was really designed so that it could be the centrepiece for several lessons or as a stand-alone unit used independently.

You can download the zipped SCORM packages below -
right-click the links and choose 'Save Target As'.

package Zipped Scorm 1 (20Mb)

package Zipped Scorm 2 (16Mb)

After you have downloaded this you need to follow your learning platform guidlines as to how to install and implement SCORM packages.

I have also provided a zipped web site version of this resource which allows you to work with the resource as a stand alone website on a shared drive or webserver. Please bear in mind the Creative Commons License when doing this.
