In sport we must learn and perform a wide range of skills. However, being skilled is not always enough and because sport involves perceptual motor skills, it is vital that we select the appropriate skill for the action we take. The process by which we make such skill selection is through the information processing system.

Over a series of five lessons, this project investigates the information processing system and also those factors which affect reaction time.
