Recapitulate with the pupils what they have done already - it is important that the pupils acquire the necessary vocabulary in order to face the challenges of the next stage.
Thinking skills – pupils read sentences on the board

- Worksheet with rules, irregulars and a task in order to practise the conditional tense [click on the link on the slide].
- Listening – fill in the gaps with the correct answer; the higher ability students should require little help; the foundation students will need the words displayed on the board.
- Homework - pupils can use the text in order to frame a description of their own ideal commercial centre.
- Games – in order to reinforce the conditional
A final lesson can be dedicated to pupils' presentations of their ideal shopping centre ... the best group wins a prize!
